1. Working principle

Contact oxidation tank: sewage flows to the contact tank for biochemical treatment, the residence time is 8h, and the filler is a novel elastic filler, which is easy to condense and does not block. The aeration equipment adopts blower and microporous aerator, and the utilization rate of oxygen is more than 30%, which effectively saves the operation cost.
Secondary sedimentation tank: The sewage flows into the secondary sedimentation tank after biochemical treatment. The secondary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by the sludge lift pump, and the residence time is 3h.
Disinfection tank and disinfection device: the residence time of the disinfection tank is not less than 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection tank can increase the residence time to 1-1.5h. Disinfection adopts the disinfection method of contacting and dissolving solid chlorine tablets or a chlorine dioxide generator. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, so as to achieve the purpose of adding more water and adding more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection is required. The device can be prepared separately, and the ultraviolet disinfection device can also be configured according to customer needs.
Sludge tank: The sludge in the sedimentation tank is lifted by air to the sludge tank for normal temperature digestion, and the supernatant of the sludge tank is returned to the contact oxidation tank for reprocessing, and there is little residual sludge after digestion. The cleaning method can be done by extending the suction truck from the inspection hole of the sludge tank into the bottom of the sludge for suction and transportation.
Fan room: The fan is located in the fan room and is equipped with a muffler, so the noise during operation meets the requirements of environmental protection.
