1. When the finished cable trench cover is transported to the stacking site, it should be aligned with the double support points between the blocks as required, and cover with a large water-soluble covering at least 8 hours later, such as straw bale covering, and watering in multiple places.
2. Water 3 to 5 times a day, watering along the cables around the cable trench cover each time. When the weather is dry, watering times should be increased. Ensure that the ditch cover is in wet and cold conditions and harden quickly. When the average temperature is lower than 5℃, it should not be watered, but should be covered. When the temperature is below zero, it is necessary to stay indoors for a while to prevent cracking caused by quenching.
3. After the natural maintenance of the cable trench cover, the original ex-factory compressive strength should be considered for lifting regulations, and should not be less than 70% of the design compressive strength.
The cable trench cover is made of unsaturated fatty alkyd resin, halogen-free flame retardant, glass fiber roving, glass fiber stitched fabric, dyes, and related fillers. Its structure is a complete back cover, which is composed of five continuous cavities. The cavity is composed of two left and right lateral surfaces and six vertical surfaces in the middle, which is called a hollow back cover.
