1. Before hoisting, carefully check whether the elevation and flatness of the culvert meet the requirements.
2. After the prefabrication yard is hoisted, check whether there are any accessories at the bottom, and clean up if there are any.
3. The cover is hoisted by a crane to the trailer, and directly hoisted by another crane after being transported to the site. When lifting and transporting, it should be lifted and lowered slowly, evenly, and at a low speed to prevent impact and pay attention to maintaining lateral stability.
4. The on-site foreman is the general commander of the hoisting construction, and the dedicated staff is responsible for the safe protection of the construction to ensure the safety and quality of the hoisting.
5. Before the formal hoisting, a test hoist must be carried out, such as inspection, the firmness of the crane leg, the uniformity of the steel wire rope, the hoisting level, the load distribution of the crane, etc. Only if there is no problem can it be officially lifted. Before hoisting in place, first check the position, elevation and firmness of the bearing.
6. After the crane lifts the product, the foreman directs the cover to where to go. When it drops to about 1. At 5 meters away from the top of the side wall, the speed of the lowering plate is reduced, so that the lowering is slow, and the position of the cover is adjusted. When the distance is about 50 cm, fine adjustment should be made manually. After fine-tuning, the installer should fix the position of the board to ensure that it falls accurately at the specified position and avoid damaging the side walls.
